If your slides break due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace them free of charge. However, if your slides break from normal use, we are not held liable.

We offer a 30-day return window on our slides. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt. The slides must be in UNUSED condition. This means the slides cannot be used on your feet and the seal must be intact. If there are scuffs on the slides they are ineligible for return.
